My favorite looks from The Fashion Show last night

There were 2 looks that I am inspired from and will take styling cues from.  I personally can't believe that House of Emerald didn't win:(  I totally feel like they are both (Cesar and Jeffery) the stronger designers.  Oh well...we shall see who wins in the finale...

I am LOVING this look!  I'm planning on recreating this with my maxi dress from H&M and my silk, flowy tunic from India.

I don't usually like high/low dresses...but, I like the idea of adding leggings to this...I will have to try this...

Anna's designs are just as gorge on the available to purchase looks on BravoTV...Prices are magical! I hope they don't sell out quickly! I need to save up...Wait~the drama! Where is my elephant print dress:( How can they not have all items available for purchase!?

Strike a Pose on The Runway with THE FASHION SHOW

I have been watching Bravo's "The Fashion Show" each week to see if I am as against the show as everyone seems to be...but, I actually thoroughly enjoy the show.  I like the mini Bazaar challenge that I feel like many of us fashionistas should do at home:)  I also like that they need to work with a budget..it just proves how in this economy we can still be fashionable on a dime from start to finish.  Andrew, the winner this week really made me want to buy something off Bravotv.com....but, when I saw the price---I was like $249!?  Are you serious!  I am hoping there is a sale or something:)  I LOVE the idea of having a short trench all of a sudden hit the floor...I also am LIVING for the hood!  I would wear it with other pieces as well...I think it would look so cool with a tube top and some riding pants!  LOL:)  I will go crazy if I get this piece:)

Sidenote: I hope that they let Reco get on another team so he can finally win something!  He better work!

Magazine+Reality=New Shows Popping up Everyday

I have no reason to complain, I am rather excited about opportunity to watch fashion programs almost every day of the week now...I thought it would be fun to see which magazines, celebs, and channel are supporting these shows and see which ones everyone loves:)

• The Fashion Show-Isaac Mizrahi and Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child (don't know what I think of that...)-BRAVO TV

• Running in Heels-Marie Claire (now featuring Nina Garcia...she wasn't on Stylista and I wonder who will replace her on Project Runway now that it will return...)-Style Network

I wonder if VOGUE has anything in the works....well, we know that they have the Wintour project-movie coming out in September called of course, "The September Issue," which I have in my closet right now:)  But, we shall see if they jump on the bandwagon and create some sort of reality show...
