PLEASE HELP ME WIN and VOTE! Barely There Color Your World Contest

Skirt here is from Live Worldly, get 10% off by using code: liveworldly10

Please help me win the Barely There Color Your World Contest on facebook.  I had to submit a picture that I didn't want to use since I was out of the country.  But, here are some of the other looks I wanted to submit for the contest.

Barely There bra's are amazing for being comfortable and working with all of your looks.  I LOVE them instead of nursing bras too!

This bra represents a vintage and boho vibe from the paisley print to the silhouette.  It's easy and comfortable and the neutral color is perfect for layering with.

The bra that inspired it all:)

I really want to try their new bralette out next.  It's perfect for summer!!

I know what I want from the Narciso Rodriguez line at Kohl's

First, to vote manana...and then, I need to check out the price on the one item I have to have from the Narciso Rodriguez for Kohl's line.  Which is the premiere collection for the design nation collab series.   (Update:  Just found out on Fashionologie the kimono-wrap cocoon style jacket is $130!  But, the store is having a 30% off the entire collection for the launch.  Plus, they always have sales.:)  I'm in LOVE with the blue tie jacket.  It looks like it can be dressed up or down and stay in my closet for a very long time.  There is also a very vintage feel I'm getting from the silhouette...it would be perfect in camel...but, this shade of blue will be something new for me.  Is anyone expecting this to sell out quickly???  Trying to decide if I should wait for markdowns secretly:)

Spotted: Tiered Maxi Dress

I saw this dress on the Today Show and was curious...then, I saw a similar dress on the Calypso St. Barths email and knew I wasn't going to be paying $450...so, I figured let's see how much the Kohls version is and it's on sale for $36!  Thoughts???

Don't forget, next month, Calypso St. Barth will be the featured designer for Go International!

The fall Lauren Conrad looks at Kohl's that caught my eye...

Images are thanks to The Budget Babes post.  Thanks for sharing!  These are the looks that caught my eye and that I would consider checking out...I am also curious how this will work since LC is also coming out with a higher end line with her girl friends...we shall see...
I love the color of this dress...You would definitely need to use the slip from the previous post here.

I like the tunic here...and the shoes actually...I wonder if those will be sold at Kohl's too...

I love this dress too...but, once again I think the slip will work wonders for me here...

I only like the top here...I saw this lace styling a lot last year...

I LOVE the nude color palette here.  The skirt is too short for my style...but, I love the look!

I <3 the lace jacket here!

WWD News to Know

It's funny, I have honestly started hearing people talking about Dr. Marten's again, but I thought nothing of it...yeah, I used to rock the boots back when I was in middle school when we used to get them from a Dr. Marten's store in downtown Portland, but I honestly never thought the style would come back...we shall see what the reemergence of the brand brings...this must mean 90's styling is right around the corner.

Did anyone else wonder who would take over the retail space for all of the Mervyn's that will be closing?  Well, the answer...the ever expanding and newly improved Forever 21 and Kohl's...which I still mean to stop by and see:)

This NY based tax piece was all too interesting to only give a summary:
"Albany, NY – Gov. David A. Paterson is suggesting an additional sales tax of 5 percent on luxury goods such as  jewelry and furs costing over $20,000 as one of 181 tax increase proposals  in order to balance the state’s 2009-10 budget deficit.   The Governor also is proposing the elimination of the sales tax exemption on clothing and footwear priced under $110, but would replace it with two, one week exemption periods on clothing and footwear priced under $500. Localities would have the option to join the state in offering the exemption."
