I have finally watched the fashion documentary about Bill Cunningham on Netflix ...
...and now I'm even more intrigued by this fashion icon/artist that I've been following since I moved to/interned in New York City years ago. He has such an interesting story. I would really love to read a biography on him and dig deeper into his life. It's interesting how Bill Cunningham has captured so many peoples lives and yet has really never shared his...until now.

Throwback Thursday: the denim skirt...who is going to bring it back?
I'm really playing with the idea...thoughts?? It used to be a staple in my middle school wardrobe. Why not bring it back?

Although I think the pencil skirt style can work for all shapes. It's just about getting the waist just right. That's where a tailor comes in:)

Hey Fran Hey is my new official "go to" blogger for all things beauty/health DIY! Living in India, I can't find all of the things I need like curly hair products from shampoos to conditioners or even a deodorant I really want to use. So, for the next 3 years I will be looking to Fran's blog for inspo on how to make what I need. It's brilliant, natural and it doesn't cost a lot! And most of the items she uses are on amazon!

5 Ways to Wear 1 Scarf and more
I love new ways to wear a scarf (I'm getting a ton of new ones in India for close to nothing)! I can't pick which is my fave style. All I know is I need a maxi strapless dress stat:) I've always wanted to wear a scarf dress but I don't really wear short dresses...the strapless maxi makes it so I can have a new look!

Layering to the next level...
inspired by the Resort 2014/15 Chanel in Dubai show. I LOVE the idea of a light pant or cut-out pant worn under a short jumper...I've always dismissed the short jumper for myself personally just because I have a large bottom half...but, this is something I am very open to explore and it's perfect for India!
