Portland style

My MinkPink love! It's a swimsuit coverup, but I like it as a dress. Layered over a short dress...next time with a maxi dress and then a tank and cut-offs:). Love options:)

The look for less: Mara Hoffman vs. Kmart
I saw this dress on Kmarts Instagram and was drawn to the color collab instantly! Then, when I saw a Planet Blue email highlighting an item from (my fave) Mara Hoffmans collection I decided I had to share. Now, this look for less is not exact by any means. Just looks like a similar color combo which is what caught my eye on both looks. What do you think?

I'm GUSHING over Mara Hoffman's spring line which was inspired by Hawaii! I want EVERYTHING! But, here are a few pieces I'm really lusting over:) The main item I want from this collection is the dress on the bottom right (save the BEST for last:)...the rest of these pieces are mainly looks that really inspire me and I plan on recreating with what I already own. I might not be able to own every beautiful piece that Mara Hoffman designs...but, I can find inspiration and new life in my clothing through her and that's what it is all about:)

High waisted swim suits on the rise
Two years ago there really weren't a lot of options I found for high waisted bikinis...and at a good price. Recently, I've been doing searches for my trip to the Dominican Republic and I'm so excited about the results. ASOS has a TON of fun options and the great part is that the tops can be changed which means you can get a few to mix it up:) Or, you can go with a designer like Mara Hoffman which I REALLY want and just rock it...or get a black top to mix it up. These are super flattering! I can't wait to share how the one I choose looks:) Here are a few styles on my radar:

Amazing fashion discovery! Mara Hoffman for QVC
I have been so excited about getting a Mara Hoffman piece that I decided to youtube Mara Hoffman to see what the designer is all about and happened to find that she has had a line for QVC called Gypsy for about two years! How did I miss this!? And the pieces she was sharing on the video were AMAZING! I am now on the search for these pieces on eBay of course:) It looks like some of the pieces from the video I found are on sale now...maybe she is no longer collabing with QVC...looking into things now...until then, get a Mara Hoffman item for a great price now!
