The Pantone site projects that a silver peony color will be BIG this spring and that the color reflects "the infusion of life brought by spring." I see the color as a twist on rose...
I envision the peony shaped skirt like a bubble skirt...there is nothing out there that is referred to as a Peony Shaped Skirt...but, maybe if I was to modify the bubble skirt I could make it happen, what do you think:)
