Ok, I'm addicted to turkish towels!!!  I have turkish towels and use as a towel, love for drying my curly hair, use it as a beach towel and blanket:). Still working on using it as a scarf or wrap:). But, I make sure I use my towel in all ways:). 

Recently, I found out that there was such thing as a hooded Turkish robe and jumped on that for India.  Perfect for drying quickly and not getting too hot in warm climates like India:)

But, today in San Diego when I decided to check out this surfer shop (Island Surf, 619-435-1527) I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this Turkish towel dress!  Pure brilliance!  It's by a company called, Primitive.  I loved the style with pockets...but, there is also one without.  This just seems like a fun summer dress, resort wear or pool side cover-up:). I'll be using it for everything!:)

I love J. CREW!  Every month I have to have the catalog and anytime I see a store I have to go in and be inspired by the styling of the displays, of course the new clothes, check out the sale section and see what fun little things they have in the extras and accessories section.

A few things I picked up in Portland and how I'm going to style them

On my trips to Portland I usually try to visit as many vintage shops as possible.  This trip the hubby came with a focus for purchasing his necessities for his new job in India.  So we decided to take advantage of the cool stores and no tax!  I was excited to find that the City Target in downtown Portland had all of the items fully stocked for the Peter Pilotto line so I picked up a pair of shoes and sunnies.  Then, the hubby bought a suit at J. Crew and I was checking out the sale section and found this tunic that will pair fabulously with my new shoes.  Plus, will be soo cute in India:)  Didn't buy a lot in Portland, but got some cut pieces:)  Now, to get the Mar Y Sol bag:)

Ok, I love selling my clothes to places like Buffalo Exchange...but, there is something about just going FREE like a clothing swap online and that is where Bib and Tuck comes in!  They now have an app which makes it even more amazing:)  In January, the ladies of B+T sent me a $25 gift card along with some other goodies and I started searching for the perfect item to choose:)  I already have a ton of items I'm watching for when I have more up to trade:)  But, I ended up deciding on getting a scarf...now, I just saw the scarf was cute (had pom poms, which I LOVE:) and that it only cost $18 (in trade that is:)!  After buying it, I decided to look up the actual price and my jaw dropped when I saw that this originally cost $193 and was selling on ebay for a little over $150!  What a SCORE!  I got it today and can't wait to rock it!  Plus, Bib and Tuck is having a promo where you share how you style what you've tucked on their site and can get a $10 gift card if they share!  #tuckandtell

The 2 reasons I had to get the March issue of COSMO

I have to be honest...I never get COSMO mag...even when I've read everything else...tonight, I was waiting for the pharmacist to get my meds and I decided to just skim the cover and saw this:  15 EASY WAYS TO SCORE AN EXTRA $2,000  Check out my IG account for my fave ideas!  I figured I'm waiting...why not check this out:)  Started scanning and BAM!!!  I see Solange Knowles and it's over.  There is no reason I can say no to buying this issue...and why isn't she on the COVER!?  One of the girls from Pretty Little Liars is on the cover and I honestly can't be mad at that because I do indulge in that show as well:)
