Tulle: Brand Based on Price, Quality, and Accessible Designer Label

Finally a designer line that doesn't just do a one-time only line to gain mass recognition like Go International for Target, H&M, or any other location that takes on a designer name for a short amount of time(not that that is wrong).  Tulle is a LA based line that is reminiscent of vintage looks and also resembles looks from the hit show, "Gossip Girl."  All prices are less than $100 and the SALE section is worth checking out first.  I am really in LOVE and so glad I found the line in the August issue of LUCKY!
